1. Method of payment
You can pay the purchase price and forwarding expenses for the ordered articles only with credit card, or by prepayment, cash on delivery or Paypal. Under normal conditions only the articles are indicated, which are also actually in our online-shop available. Although our data base is updated in very short distances , it can occur in exceptional cases that at the time which you mail your order that an article is already out of stock. If the ordered commodity should not be available, then the amount transferred will be immediately returned, or credited to the appropriate credit card again.
1. Credit card
The credit card information (credit card number, expiration date, etc.) is passed on automatically over a coded safety system to the Paymaster, without trendfabrikshop.com or a third party in any form have access on that. Also with possible recoveries the complete credit card details cannot be seen. Therefore a recover is only possible on the credit card, with which the purchase was originally transacted.
2. Prepayment
With payment method prepayment the bank transfer must be transferred immediately after the order. Contract acceptance and dispatch take place only after the receipt of payment. If the transfer of the purchase price and forwarding expenses is not received within 5 working-days since the order with trendfabrikshop.com, trendfabrikshop.com is justified to cancel the order.

As soon as we receive the payment on our account we’ll handle your order. The indicated delivery times are valid starting from receipt on our account.
3. Cash on delivery
With payment by cash on delivery you pay your commodity on delivery. For this a collection fee of 4,00€ results, which are charged by us. In addition a charge for delivery of 2€, which are to be paid to our dispatch partner DHL. Altogether the amount of costs will be 6,00 €. Please note that a payment by cash on delivery is only possible within Germany.
4.Paypal
If you like to pay by Paypal, arrange your payment to paypal@trendfabrik.de. Please do not forget to indicate your part number as intended purpose. If you don’t have a Paypal-account, click simply here.
2. What can I do, if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your LogIn. Click down on „Forgot Your Password?“, so that you receive a new password to your e-mail address. If you should have further questions, you can reach our qualified service-coworkers under 01805-530531 (14ct. /Min. from the German fixed network).
3. Do you ship abroad?

4. Where does my order remain, why is my order sold out?
You can see the status of your order at any time, the inclusive DHL tracking number is in your customer profile. If we should be able to fulfill an order not immediately, since the desired commodity is not available, the delivery time extends accordingly. In the exceptionally occurring case of the final unavailability of the desired commodity you will be informed as fast as possible by us. Our service coworkers are glad to help you with the selection of suitable alternatives.
5. Can I return my orders in a local store of Trendfabrik?
You cannot return a product, which you bought in our branches to us at our online shop likewise in reverse.

6. Returns
You have a full and free 30 day return right for all your ordered items. The articles may not be carried. You must take over the back postage costs. Starting from a commodity value over 40 €, you can send back the package free of charge with the enclosed DHL sticker.
If your supply contains wrong products and you like to send these back, use the back transmission sticker attached for it. The package can be delivered simply at the DHL( post office). For foreign packages we can unfortunately send you no back transmission sticker, for this reason we ask you to send the return on the most favorable way.
The amount is rebooked on the credit card, which was used with the purchase.
A return transfer of the orders paid first takes place on our part within 7 working-days, after we get back the commodity. Please remember to inquire with your credit institution how long the back-posting duration is.
7. how does the exchange work?
If you wish an exchange for an item, you can send it back to us within the return period of 14 days. For this you have to fill out the exchange form. An exchange is however only possible if the item is available. As soon as we receive the item sent back by you, the exchange will be made.
